We only have a few conditions regarding the websites we design.

• When you accept our bid to start your website project you are agreeing that you have accepted our terms and conditions below. This is considered a legal contract between us the website designer and you the customer.

• A project bid is the estimated amount of work to complete a project with the customer's original requirements. If other work is requested after the bid has been accepted and the project has been started, there will be additional charges assessed because this work was not requested at the time the bid was quoted.

• After a project is complete the payment is due upon receipt or completion of project unless other payment arrangements have been made prior to work being done. Websites will not be published until balance has been paid. If paid by check, funds must clear before publishing.  No exceptions!

• We require the owners of any website we design to leave our link at the bottom of each page showing we designed the website. This is only fair because if you decide to maintain or have someone else maintain your website it is not ethical or fair to claim responsibility for designing the website. This is very standard for website designers to do to get credited for the work we are doing. If you remove the credit link you may be considered liable for "breach of contract", thus you consent to leave our link when you authorize us to design your website.

You can however put in a line such as: (This site maintained by: "your name") if you maintain it or have someone else maintain it.

• We require a 50% deposit to begin a project, and the balance is due upon completion (before publishing the website)

• We offer billing through PayPal (no account necessary) for deposit or after completion for a project or upgrades.  PayPal charges everyone 2.9% per transaction. (ie: if your bill is $100.00, your PayPal invoice and pay request will be for $102.90) We will also accept CASH, checks or Postal Money Orders. Checks must clear the bank for deposit or payment balance prior to us starting or publishing your new website.

• We strive to get our clients the highest rankings in the major search engines, although we can not guarantee how long it will take search engines to index your website. This is not an overnight solution. Some search engines get you indexed almost as fast as your website is published while others may take months. For this reason, the sooner you get started the sooner the search engines will index your site and you will start getting traffic and sales calls from the website. We are continually researching search engine criteria for indexing sites to get you the traffic you have paid for and deserve.
